This western Georgia city, sitting close to the border of Alabama has a fairly moderate climate year round,
although the summer can get into the mid 90s. In the winter, temperatures are around 50 F, making it the
perfect time for a daytime walk or lunch along the River. Seldom will you see snow and if it does,
it’s a sprinkling of Nature’s finest. Spring is exceptionally beautiful with average temperatures approaching 70 F.
Summer brings warmth and sunshine for the out of doors as well.
